Standard are properties that meet the minimum requirements.

Deluxe are properties that in addition to having the minimum requirements also have a king bed and a minimum 19" television with remote control in the master bedroom. The deluxe properties will also have newer furnishings, décor, paint and carpeting.

Property Minimum Requirements

Clothes washer and dryer, gas or electric grill for year round use, corded telephone with answering machine with unlimited free local calls, hair dryer, snow shovel, plunger, mop, broom and dust pan, iron and ironing board with pad and a vacuum cleaner.

Living Room:    Electronics include a minimum 25" television, cable ready with remote control, VCR, DVD and a stereo that plays compact discs. If there is a wood burning fireplace it will have an ash can with lid, fireplace tools and an adequate stock of firewood.

Dining Room:    Will have enough seating for the amount of people the property accommodates.

Fully equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher: 

• We provide the dinnerware (dinner plate, salad plate, soup bowl and cereal bowl), flatware (dinner fork, salad fork, dinner knife, steak knife, soup spoon and teaspoon) and glassware (large drinking glass, juice glass, wine glass and coffee ). We also provide a salt and pepper set, serving bowl and platter and serving spoon and fork.

• Automatic drip coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cutting board, large trashcan or trash compactor

• Cookware includes: Dutch oven, pasta pot, 1 and 2 quart saucepans with lids, 8”, 10” and 12” skillets, baking dishes with lids, roasting pan (big enough for a turkey), cake pans and a cookie sheet.

• Utensils include: basting brush, butcher and paring knife, bottle opener, can opener, colander, corkscrew, grater, measuring cup and spoon set, mixing bowls, salad bowl, salad spoon and fork, slotted spoon, soup ladle, spatula, tongs, vegetable peeler and wire whisk.

Each sleeping area is furnished with a dresser, nightstand with lamp, alarm clock and a minimum of 12 hangers per closet. The beds will be made with a mattress pad, fresh linens, blanket, comforter and pillows.  Each bathroom will have bath towel, hand towel, washcloth and bath mat.  Each property will have linen and towels to meet the amount of people it accommodates.
