All properties on the Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rental Program are required to have the following minimum requirements. Properties that meet the minimum requirements are rated standard. Deluxe properties have the additional amenities listed at the bottom of this page.
Each property has a clothes washer and dryer, answering machine, hair dryer, snow shovel, plunger, mop, broom and dustpan, iron and ironing board with pad, vacuum cleaner, one trashcan per bedroom and bathroom.
All of our properties have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher. We provide the dinnerware (dinner plate, salad plate, soup bowl and cereal bowl), flatware (dinner fork, salad fork, dinner knife, steak knife, soup spoon and teaspoon) and glassware (large drinking glass, juice glass, wine glass and coffee mug). We also provide placemats, a salt and pepper set, serving bowl and platter and serving spoon and fork.
All 1 bedroom condominium, 1 bedroom + loft condominium, 2 bedroom condominium and townhome have 8 sets. 2 bedroom + loft condominium, 3 bedroom-1car garage townhomes have 10 sets. 3 bedroom-2 car garage townhomes, 3 bedroom + loft condominiums and all 4 bedroom townhomes have 12 sets.
The kitchen also has an automatic drip coffee maker, teakettle, toaster, blender, cutting board, large trashcan, cookware and utensils.
Cookware includes: 6 quart Dutch oven, 1.5 quart saucepan with lid, 2 quart saucepan with lid, 10" skillet, 12" skillet, 2 baking dishes (at least one with a lid), roasting pan (big enough for a turkey) and a cookie sheet
Utensils include: basting brush, butcher and paring knife, bottle opener, can opener, colander, corkscrew, grater, measuring cup and spoon set, mixing bowls, salad bowl, salad spoon and fork, slotted spoon, soup ladle, spatula, tongs, vegetable peeler and wire whisk.
The living room electronics include a minimum 25" television, cable ready with remote control, VCR and a stereo that plays compact discs. The dining room and/or nook will have enough seating for the amount of people the property accommodates. If there is a wood burning fireplace it will have an ash can with lid, fireplace tools and an adequate stock of firewood.
Each bedroom and loft sleeping area is furnished with a dresser, nightstand with lamp, alarm clock and a minimum of 12 hangers per closet. The beds will be made with fresh linens, blanket, comforter and pillows. There will be additional blankets in each closet. Each bathroom will have fresh towel sets, which include bath towel, hand towel and washcloth. Each property will have linen and towels to accommodate all guests.
Additional Requirements and Amenities for Deluxe Rating: King bed and minimum 19" television in the master bedroom, gas or electric grill for year round use and a DVD player in the living room. The property will have newer furnishings, décor and carpeting.
