The development of Snowcreek Resort began in the late 1970’s and continues to this day. Our resort is located adjacent to the town of Mammoth Lakes and is spread out over 449 acres. As development progressed, new building types, materials and floor plans were added. One of the more unique features of Snowcreek Resort is the wide variety of property sizes and floorplans that our guests have to choose from while planning their vacation.
Each section of the Resort was designated a “phase” number or name. To date, these consist of Phase 1-4, 5 (Fairway Homes), 6 (The Lodges) and 7 (Creekhouse).
There is a Hot Tub centrally located within each Phase. Hot tubs in Phases 1 through 4 are partially enclosed and those in Phases 5, 6 and 5 are open to the elements. Some have a sauna, changing room or a bathroom with showers. Hours of operation are posted on each building’s door.

Phase 1, 2 and 3
is the original portion of the Resort with wildflowers galore, ponds, wildlife and is adjacent to Mammoth Creek and its meadow. There is a creekside path that connects to the original section in its beginning and end with the Town of Mammoth Lakes Trail System. Properties in Phase 1 are a short walk to Red Line Shuttle stop #4.
Phase 1 properties are numbered from 1 to 107 and was completed in 1978. Phase 2 properties are numbered from 201 to 323 and was completed in 1981. Phase 3 properties are numbered from 401 to 486 and was completed in 1983.
Properties here were built as:
4-plex or 5-plex; which are side by side and multi level. We represent the following properties in these sizes:
- 2 bedroom with a loft = 92 Sanctuary, 228 Solitude, 302 Fascination
- 3 bedroom with a loft = 99 Sanctuary, 217 Solitude, 265 Snowcreek Road, 456 Snowcreek Road and 480 Snowcreek Road
8-plex with two points of entry. Each entry point has 2 downstairs with 2 upstairs properties directly above them. These will be one bedroom or one bedroom with loft. Of the eight properties, 4 are on the end and have additional windows. The downstairs are odd numbered and all one bedroom whereas the upstairs are even numbered. Most upstairs properties are one bedrooms, and some offer a loft with an additional staircase leading from the main level. We represent the following properties in these sizes:

Phase 4
is known for its proximity to the Snowcreek Athletic Club and easy access to the Town of Mammoth Lakes Trail system. The properties here are numbered from 501 to 644 and was completed in 1989. A portion of this phase is also adjacent to the meadow and in the summertime pathways through the meadow offer access to Phases 1 through 3.

Phase 5
Fairway Homes
is situated at the foot of the Sherwin Mountain Range, Mammoth Rock and Mammoth Crest at the southernmost part of the Resort. Located along holes 1, 2 and 3 of Snowcreek Golf Course, this phase showcases spectacular open views during your play. The properties here are numbered from 700 to 1007 and was completed in 2001.

is our newest completed phase. Located on a hilltop close to Snowcreek Athletic Club and the meadow, these spacious townhomes offer amazing views of the Sherwin Range and Mammoth Mountain. The properties here are numbered from 1300 to 1605 and was completed in 2024.
