Rates and Policies

Reservations are currently being accepted for stays through April 30, 2026. We require a 2 night stay (sometimes longer over holiday periods) and the nightly rates often are lower during the Spring and Fall seasons.

Booking Seasons 2025 – 2026

  • FALL – from the night of September 1 through November 25 
  • WINTER – from the night of November 26  through  April 4, 2026  
  • SPRING – from the night of April 5 through April 30 (more dates to open in January 2026)
  • SUMMER – (more dates in January 2026)

Payment:

  • A credit card deposit payment of $100.00 is required to secure a reservation.
    • We accept checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
      • The credit card can be changed or others added through the Secure Payment Portal anytime prior to your final payment being processed.
  • The credit card will automatically be charged for the REMAINING BALANCE  of the reservation 8 days prior to your check in date.
    • Due to the State of California regulations, if your reservation is booked within 8 days prior to your check-in date, the credit card will automatically be charged 24 hours after the time of booking.
  • Full payment is due no later than 8 days prior to your check in date.
 

Reservation changes:

  • Written request must be sent by email or text
    • Verbal change requests are not permitted 
  • Can be requested for reservations outside 8 days of your check in date. 
    • Within 8 days of your check in date, changes are not permitted 
      • Exception =  nights being added to your reservation.


Changes to cancellation coverage: 

  • Written request must be sent by email or text
    • Verbal change requests are not permitted 
  • Can be added or removed if the request is received outside 8 days of your check in date.
    • Can not be added,  removed or refunded if the request is received after your reservation payment has been processed.


Cancellation without cancellation coverage:

  • Written request must be sent by email or text
    • PLEASE NOTE: Verbal change requests are not permitted
  • Can be requested for reservations outside 8 days of your check in date.

If you have booked through a third party with separate agency fees you will need to consult their policies. 

Within 8 days of your check in date:

  • 100% of funds collected are forfeited if any portion of your reservation or your entire reservation is cancelled, unless rebooked by another party.
  • Any reservation nights rebooked by another party will be credited to your form of payment processed.


Cancellation WITH cancellation coverage:

  • You may cancel the entire reservation up to three full days prior to your check in date, with the following conditions:
  • Any nights rebooked by another party will be credited to the form of payment received.
  • Any nights not rebooked by another party will be held for a future stay for up to one year from the original reservation check in date.
  • These held funds are not refundable or transferable to another party.
  • Cancellation coverage is not applicable for:
    • Reservations booked through any third party. Must be booked via snowcreekresort.com.
    • Shortening your stay after payment has been processed
