Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Coverage:
  • Is an optional charge
  • Cost of coverage is 10% of the rent
  • Can be added or removed prior to payment processing

Payment:

  • A credit card deposit payment of $100.00 is required to secure a reservation.
    • We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
      • The credit card can be changed or others added through the Secure Payment Portal
        anytime prior to your final payment being processed.
  • The credit card will automatically be charged 8 days prior to your check in date for the REMAINING BALANCE of the reservation.
    • Due to the State of California regulations, if your reservation is booked within 8 days prior to your check-in date, the credit card will automatically be charged 24 hours after the time of booking.
  • Full payment is due no later than 8 days prior to your check in date.
Guest Communications:
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS (text) communication from Snowcreek Resort. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt in or out of messages at any time.
