Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rentals (SRVR) was established in 1979. Features that distinguish us from other rental services are our affiliations with Snowcreek Athletic Club, Snowcreek Golf Course and The Snowcreek Property Company. We are owned by the developer of Snowcreek Resort and only represent properties located in Snowcreek Resort unlike ALL the other rental agencies who have their day to day operations spread out through the entirety of Mammoth Lakes.

Snowcreek Athletic Club

  • Resort guests have complimentary access to this 30,000 square foot facility during their stay, including the entire day of check out. The Club offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, cardio and strength training equipment, classes and much more.

Snowcreek Golf Course and Driving Range (summer only, when open).

  • Resort guests enjoy reduced greens fees
  • Golf Club and cart rentals are available

The Snowcreek Property Company

  • A full-service realty company offering listings for Snowcreek Resort and properties throughout Mammoth Lakes and the surrounding area.

All of the properties we represent feature keyless access allowing occupants to proceed directly to their vacation rental.  Access codes are enabled once a  property is ready for occupancy and codes are disabled after check out time, greatly increasing security

  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm or after
  • Check-out time is 10:00 am or before

Smoking is not permitted in or near your vacation rental, at any time.

Pets are permitted in vacation rentals designated as “pet friendly” 🐾 and must comply with our pet policies. 

The maximum occupancy (including children) for each property is clearly stated. We reserve the right to spot check properties to confirm the number of occupants.

We reserve the right to move you to a comparable vacation rental property, in the rare instances where circumstances necessitate us to do so.

As per each Snowcreek Resort Homeowners Association:

  • Buses are not permitted on the grounds at any time, for any reason – including drop off or pick up.  
  • The following vehicles are NOT permitted other than to drop off or pick up on the grounds: commercial vans, boats, trailers, off-road motorcycles, campers, snowmobiles or any type of “recreational vehicle”.
    • Vacation rentals with a garage must have these vehicles fully contained within the garage with the door fully secured and closed.
  • Vehicles blocking paths and/or driveways will be towed at the owners’ expense.
  • Please observe all parking signs; especially during storm cycles and watering season.
